Annual Fund

The Annual Fund benefits every child, every day at Hillbrook School. It provides unrestricted income for programs that are critical to a Hillbrook education, as tuition fees do not cover the full cost of educating your student. The Annual Fund is crucial to the health of the school, and enables us to provide a supportive, inclusive learning environment for all our students, where they are challenged academically and supported emotionally.

We are committed to supporting our families, and raising tuition to the actual cost of educating each student would make a Hillbrook education unreachable for some. By managing our costs through support of the Annual Fund, Hillbrook is able to keep our tuition viable for our families, and fulfill our ongoing commitment to attract a  diverse student body.

All Annual Fund donations are tax-deductible, and many donations qualify for employee matching funds. Click "Matching Gifts" below to see if your company participates.

The participation of our community is a testament to your strong commitment to the mission and vision of our extraordinary school. Each gift we receive inspires additional giving, creating a collective and major impact that will benefit every student throughout the year.

We invite every Hillbrook family to make a meaningful contribution to the Annual Fund and to consider Hillbrook a top priority in your philanthropic giving during your time with us. A gift of $5,000 per student serves as a helpful benchmark; this is our Friends Circle level, and we hope families will aim for this level of support if you're able.

Donations to Hillbrook School are tax-deductible. Our non-profit organization, Federal Tax ID # is 94-0382325.

Many companies match gifts made by employees to charitable organizations such as Hillbrook. The matched gift counts on your Hillbrook giving record, and your company will receive recognition. Use the search tool below to see if your company participates, or check with the HR department at your company. Matching Gift and Volunteer Grant information provided by

Do you own marketable securities (such as stocks, bonds, mutual fund shares) that:

1. have appreciated in value, and
2. you’ve owned for at least a year?

If you're ready to sell, you can gift them to Hillbrook and earn a tax-deductible donation equal to its full current market value. You will not pay any capital gains taxes on the appreciation over your original purchase or basis price. Consider this option and maximize your giving dollars!

Yes! We ask that you fulfill your pledge to the Annual Fund by May 31st of the following year (funds received after May 31st are still accepted, but credited toward the Annual Fund of the next school year).
