Transportation at Hillbrook
Hillbrook is committed to promoting eco-conscious and safe alternative transportation resources and to share the benefits with our families and the local Los Gatos community. We invite each family to walk, bike, carpool, or shuttle to and from school.

Green Participation Days at Hillbrook:
In addition to our everyday practices, Green Participation Days will help us minimize traffic to our campus on
key high-impact days. Our families, faculty, and staff are invited to join together and walk, bike, carpool, or shuttle to school on these designated dates throughout the year. These also offer great and fun days for us to come together and make a difference within our school and the Los Gatos community by promoting eco-consciousness, health, and wellness.

Shuttling at Hillbrook
: Our shuttle system provides a convenient transportation alternative to a greater number of Hillbrook families from around the Valley, alleviating the stress of navigating traffic and fostering a sense of independence for student riders.

We partner with a national, full-service provider to safely transport students to and from Hillbrook's surrounding neighborhoods.

Buses currently serve Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Saratoga, and San Jose (including the Rose Garden and Willow Glen).

We are happy to provide complimentary bus service at stops located within a 2-mile radius of the school. All of our families are welcome to use these stops for drop-off and pick-up as an alternative to driving to campus. Hillbrook also subsidizes the fare for all students riding our bus routes that span a further distance from the school.

To learn more about the cost of utilizing this convenient, eco-friendly bus service from surrounding neighborhoods, current families should visit the Transportation section of the Parent Corner on the Bear's Lair.

Carpooling at Hillbrook:
As a model for eco-conscious transportation options in our town, Hillbrook encourages all families to ride-share when children go to and from school.
Carpooling eases the burden of commuting, minimizes our impact on the environment, makes life more pleasant for our immediate neighbors, helping to minimize our daily traffic.
