How to Apply
Step 1: Create an account on Ravenna
To get started, create an account on Ravenna and find Hillbrook School through Ravenna's school directory. This will allow you to find and register for upcoming tour dates and other admissions events, upload necessary materials, and receive handy reminders.
Step 2: Fill out a hillbrook application
You've visited our campuses, met our team, and you're all in for Hillbrook - head to Ravenna to fill out an application!
Step 3: Submit Supporting Materials
Required items include:

Application form and $100 application fee
- Parent/Guardian Questionnaire
- Student Questionnaire (for grades 9-12)
- STAR Testing (for grades 5-12) - learn more here
- School Records (school years: 2024-25, 2025-26 )
- Teacher Recommendation(s)
- School Visit
- Parent Conversation

Step 5: Notification!
Admissions and Flexible Tuition Award decisions for the 2026-27 school year will be announced on March 20, 2026, with enrollment decisions due the following week. Flexible Tuition Awards are included in the enrollment agreement.
