Flexible Tuition at Hillbrook

Flexible Tuition Makes Hillbrook accessible to everyone. 

Hillbrook is committed to making a private school education accessible to all  families, a key way that our school connects with and lives out our mission and vision. One key way we do this is through Flexible Tuition, our financial assistance program funded by the entire Hillbrook community.
 

HOW TO Apply:

Hillbrook partners with Clarity to process and manage Flexible Tuition applications - to get started, please download the Clarity App (or visit their website), create an account, and select "Hillbrook" as your school. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete, and you can save your progress at any time. 

There is a $60 fee per family, and Flexible Tuition is shared with admission decisions to admitted families. Please visit our quick guide below, or find a more comprehensive version here.

How Does Flexible Tuition Work?

At Hillbrook, every family pays tuition to their capacity, and every family’s tuition is flexible to some degree. Flexible Tuition is offered to a family based on individual need. Over one-third of our families pay a tuition rate that differs from the highest rate of tuition.

The highest tuition rate at Hillbrook for the 2024-25 school year:

• Lower School (grades JK-4): $43,500
• Middle School (grades 5-8): $43,500
• Upper School (grades 9-12) $58,750

We recognize that the cost of a private school education goes beyond tuition. At a rate that is proportionate to each family’s Flexible Tuition rate, Hillbrook also offers: 

• The cost of Extended Care services (JK - 4th grade)
• One After School Enrichment class per session
• One week-long session of Hillbrook Summer Camp programs and classes
• Technology device insurance (5th - 12th grade) 
• Opportunities to participate in class trips, including international service learning and cultural experiences.

Eligibility for admission to Hillbrook is determined independent of an application for Hillbrook's Flexible Tuition Program.
