| | Discover Hillbrook Strategic Plan: Vision 2015 | We have reached an auspicious moment in Hillbrook’s history. As we mark our 75th school year, we seek to deepen connections to the past while creating a new vision for the future. From the years 2000 to 2010, we successfully completed of two ambitious strategic plans. The result has been a significant strengthening and updating of our educational program, the rebuilding of the entire campus and an increase in financial aid so that more than 20 percent of families now receive aid. Our mission remains the same as it has been since the school’s founding in 1935— to provide an extraordinary educational experience that fosters in our students a love of learning and helps them develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to achieve their highest individual potential in school and in life. The successful completion of our current plan, Vision 2015, will reaffirm this mission while expanding our commitment to programmatic and operational excellence, nurturing an increasingly inclusive community, and challenging us to be a regional and national innovator in education. |
