| We strongly encourage you to visit our school and get a closer look at our program. If you are early in the process, join us for an Open House in the fall or spring. We also invite you to join us for a School Day Tour where you are part of a small group that tours the campus while school is in session and meets some of our staff. Select a date to visit us on campus. |
Download an application from our website or obtain a copy from our admission office. Mail us your completed application with a $100 fee.
Check the admission calendar for the due date of your application for the next school year. Contact us if you do not see the date as it may have lapsed.
We consider applications for the current school year only when space becomes available, and then only in specific grades. Contact us for availability. |
Consider Financial Assistance | We urge you not to let the cost of tuition stand in your way of considering Hillbrook. We determine eligibility for admission independent of an application for financial aid. Obtain further information regarding financial aid on our web site. |

| If your child is currently attending preschool, download a recommendation and provide it to your child's current school. Request that the completed recommendation be sent directly to Hillbrook. |
| Matching your child to our program is important for everyone involved. Screening for children entering JK and K includes group activities in classroom settings and personal time with teachers. Contact our admissions office to schedule your screening. |
Meet for a Parent Interview | Discuss your plans for your child and learn more about Hillbrook during a parent interview with our admissions staff. Contact our admissions office to schedule an appointment. |
Our admissions office reviews all applications and we give careful consideration to every applicant. We notify parents of decisions by mail and include enrollment contracts with acceptances. Signed contracts and deposits are due within a week of being notified.
We notify and place in a wait pool the applicants who are excellent matches for our school but for whom there is no space in a desired grade. We contact you if space becomes available. |
